Steel Security Door Sets

These S70 Interior/Exterior Doors are made of galvanised metal. They are designed for areas where strength, stability and durability are a priority. Typical applications include entrances to basements, service doors to shops, industrial premises, multi-storey car parks, signal boxes etc.

SPECIFICATION

The doors have rolled seam edges and are constructed from 1mm galvanised sheet metal that is profiled, folded and glued together. The modern machinery and manufacturing methods mean that the glued door leaf has a smooth and even surface.

DOOR LEAF

Thickness:        43-54mm

Insulation:         Mineral wool.

Finish:              Galvanised sheet metal on both faces. The doors are supplied primed as standard. Alternatively, the doors can be supplied unfinished.

FRAME

Standard:          Frame 21

Insulation:         Filled with mineral wool.

Finish:              Galvanised and primed or unfinished.

Manufactured in 1.5mm galvanised sheet metal. The frame is supplied fully assembled with no loose parts. It is fixed using the adjustable frame screws, which ensure rapid adjustment after fixing.

THRESHOLD

The door is supplied with a rebated threshold in galvanised sheet metal. This can be cut away after installation if not required.

Assa/Nemef Lock

Journal hinges in galvanised steel.

Dogbolt pin to hinge edge.

Internal reinforcement for door closer.

DOUBLE LEAF DOORS

The door leaves and frame are manufactured in the same way as the single door S70. The inactive leaf is fitted with a striking strip in steel. It is fitted as standard with a flush bolt on the inner edge of the inactive leaf
